"Easy parking on level 2 at the Grosvenor shopping centre car park which gives you direct access to the hotel. Speedy check in at reception and out luggage stored and taken to our room whilst we were in the City. The room we had (superior double) was huge and had every comfort you could imagine with a King Size bed. Evening Dining was exceptional as was breakfast. Big shout out to all of the staff who were all superb, considerate , professional and provided a first class service. "

"This property was in a very good location for seeing the old town, and the staff was attentive and friendly. There was only a few items on the menu for room service for vegetarians, but, amazingly, they were all very good."
