"Great hotel near lots of eateries and shopping. Near several trains. Staff was nice and courteous, upgraded to an executive suite and so happy we did, room was larger, comfy bed, great view too. Breakfast was a great start to our day good assortment of food. "

"Amazing location! My family of four stayed for five nights, in a room with four beds. We went to universal studios two days, Osaka Castle, Dotonbori and then hung around our local area to shop and enjoy. The train station is a short walk. The restaurants on level 8 is amazing and not too expensive. There is an arcade for kids on level 5 (i think) and amazing shopping all around. Highly recommend! "

"The nicest hotel i have ever stayed at and so affordable! Very clean and staff is so friendly. The area around it is gorgeous and a 10 minute walk to universal studios! Also across the street from the subway station and a ferry ride away from the aquarium."
