Not claustrophobic and plenty of room to layout your luggage. The cleaning of the rooms are based on your request using magnetic signs you can post on your door."

"This hotel was one of my favorites that I have ever stayed in. The subway station being connected to the hotel was very convenient and easy to use. The hotel is also located within walking distance (right across the street) from hundreds of restaurants and shops including the famous Dotonbori street. Additionally all of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attended to all of our needs. They also allow you to store your baggage before or after check in or check out so you can go explore the city before you check in or before leaving. Also the staff speak very good English! Overall a great experience!"
