I was never able to get into the property. The itinerary said the front desk was open until 7 pm, that was incorrect. They closed at 5 Pmi died we got there at 5:30. The itinerary said if it’s after hours, go to the security shack to check in (20 minute drive away). We were turned away there, as they didn’t do check ins there. We had to drive 20 minutes back, to the office, and try the lock box. We called the number posted on the door and followed the directions for the lock box, it won’t open (found out that they had the wrong code on the recording) We called multiple times, trying to speak to someone (reservations line was supposed to be manned until 11 pm and it was only 7pm) and never got to talk to someone. Finally, we booked another place and left. I called the following morning and was basically told to talk to Expedia for my refund. Expedia contacted the property manager and I have not heard anything back. It has been 6 days. Maybe the place was amazing, we don’t know. What we do know is there is a lack of customer service or they just don’t care. Either way, we would not recommend this property management group to anyone.
