We have stayed here before and again found the hotel a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious, stylish, clean and well equipped. The studios and suites benefit from cooking facilities which are great for a quick meal.
Overall great stay....lovely staff at check in and great room....more like an apartment...well stocked kitchen etc.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good and very clean area. Area a little cramped.
No dining restaurant. No bar. Tea in room not replenished on last night. The room is in need of some maintenance. The rug on one side of the bed dangerous. Didn’t feel it was 4 star quality overall. 3 star at best.

Great apartment, spacious with well equipped mini kitchen.
Easy to walk everywhere, close to the Northern Quarter and convenient for Piccadilly train station.
Breakfast was included so that was great - it was very busy on the Saturday morning though.
Staff were friendly and polite, even when they were busy.
The rooms were warm so check / adjust the thermostat when you arrive.
There was a security deposit which was returned within a day or two of our stay, but we had been warned it may take up to five days.
It’s a city centre hotel so you may get some noise outside when people leave the clubs and make their way home.
There is a lot of building work in the area - this didn’t affect us as we were staying over the weekend.
Overall a great stay.

Brilliant apartment for a 2 night stay in walking distance of the station and town centre. The staff were lovely and the room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again in visiting Manchester.

Room fantastic, well equipped and comfy.
Breakfast very poor, small badly designed service area for a hotel this size. Mugs, bowls and plates in a corner so everyone was in everyone else's way, only eggs and beans left and couldn't get to the toaster because of so many people.

The property IS NOT a residence inn as what you might expect. It’s just a hotel room. (Residence inn usually has more “home” features. This didn’t even have a coffee maker-only kettle). The staff was pleasant enough, complimentary breakfast was decent. Downside- this is loud and the set up was the weirdest hotel I’ve ever been in. We had to use our key card to open 2 doors before getting to our actual room in this very awkward hallway (not every room was like this-just ours and 2 others placed oddly at the end of a hall). The doors themselves aren’t really that inconvenient, it’s more that you have 3 doors slamming Everytime you or your neighbors go in and out. I would probably pick somewhere else next visit.

Super convenient spot, walkable to the Piccadilly train station and all kinds of great restaurants, pubs, shops and sights. Their included breakfast is a great way to start the day before heading out. Staff is very friendly, helped with lost luggage. Bed was very comfortable, room spacious and clean.

I spent 16 days in residence Inn with my husband, the staff is helpful, food is good but everything is cashless which wasn't clear when we booked, the house keeping is not that good, you have to ask for the thing you want done.
The room is much smaller than it appears in the photos, it said that there was a separate dining area but there was only a very small desk with a kettle on it and 2 mugs. In the photos there was a kitchenette but it turned out that there wasn't!
The only thing that made us stay for the whole 2 weeks was the location.
