Breakfast menu and food was excellent- so fresh and delicious.
Rooms clean and lovely pool and leisure facilities.
Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again if I’m back in Manchester. Very close to trains and trams also.

Good amenities, clean and well presented room and good breakfast.
Great stay at the hotel with the pool and breakfast being two of the perks on offer. Whilst not the biggest pool (more than four people swimming can feel like a squeeze) it offers a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast options are incredible - highly recommend the tiny apple muffins - and most certainly worth the breakfast price tag.
So so lovely, just weird that there are no plugs by bedside table so had to plug phone across the room. Water pressure was a little weak so made curly hair washing difficult. Staff were so nice and the rooms are big and comfortable

Clean, comfortable and good location. There was some creaky noises in hotel room and whilst it said it was a queen size bed, felt more like a double! Body lotion wasn’t topped up too but orherwise nice hotel. The bar on 23rd floor has amazing views.
Overall, a really pleasant stay in a good location with an excellent breakfast and a great pool area!
You can tell that the hotel is now 20 years old, but also that it was a very high-quality hotel back then. The rooms are stylishly furnished and have a great view. However, as is typical for its age, there are no power outlets by the bed and some of the furnishings are a little worn. But that's to be expected, it's not new.
The staff were consistently very friendly and helpful.
The pool area is very clean, well organized, and in good condition.
The breakfast offers an exceptionally wide selection and the breakfast area in the Podium Restaurant is stylish. In winter, however, it can be quite cold there. It's best to bring a light jacket.
The location is excellent. A train station with direct connections to the airport or Liverpool is only a few minutes' walk away. There are also many restaurants, pubs, and a supermarket. I never felt uncomfortable in Deansgate.
Would come again and recommend the hotel.
