The Vila is in a park-like setting with beautiful Italian pine trees and green grass in the compound. A Pool is centrally located outside. This place makes you feel like coming home.

Lovely week a Vila bicuda, nice house, nice pool, friendly staff and good location. There is a cage, bakery, cash machine and supermarket on site so everything you need in one place.

Excellent spacious, well equipped accommodation in a quiet location. Great onsite facilities - shop, swimming pools, restaurant and an exceptional bakery !! Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location to visit Lisbon by train and Sintra by car... but you do need a car to visit Cascais and local restaurants.

Pretty Awesome.Clean and friendly.
We were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience so much so that we extended our stay an extra night. The pool is wonderful, rooms are large, clean and comfortable and there is a bakery, a small store a restaurant and a laundry on the guarded premise. Very quiet and relaxing experience. The front desk was incredibly helpful. It's a few kilometers from Cascais, not walking distance however.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in a three bed villa. The onsite bakery was brilliant. All very reasonably priced including the ice creams purchased at the pool. Added unexpected bonus of daily housekeeping service. We would return.

Vila Bicuda Review
The staff were really nice and helpful. The security was great. The facilities were great the children enjoyed the pool it was very family friendly. The distance to local amenities was great from a self catering perspective if you wanted to go into town. Overall very pleased.

Nice hotel with great on-site amenities
We had a good stay at this hotel. The on-site bakery, aside from being closed on Wednesdays, was fabulous. Although it was a bit chilly to get in the pools, there were two available. My biggest complaint is that there were ants in the room. The front desk said that they show up with exposed suntan lotion, not food. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay (aside from the ants).

Excellent service!
I went with some friends to play golf and we had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was nice, the service before arriving and at the reception was fabulous. The bakery shop at the premises was very nice with good breakfast.

Beautiful hotel and excellent place to stay
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was beautiful. I would only advise the hotel to consider having potters to assist guests with luggage as well as re-painting the exteriors of the hotel. Other than that, I recommend the hotel to anyone. Really good place to relax...superb!

Vila Bicuda is a very nicely maintained and well equipped resort. The suites are spacious and clean, and the kitchen very usable. It's a good value in general. Our rating for service is average because we stayed only one night, spent almost all of our time in Cascais, and didn't use the services available. Our negative for local area is only because it's so far from town, not within convenient walking distance to the center of Cascais. If you don't have your own transportation, you are much better off in town.

A pleasant stay in this lovely location near Cascais, Portugal. The apartment was spotless on arrival and kept that way by the cleaning staff. There was plenty of room plus free wifi and cable TV. You really can not go wrong with this choice.

We have just returned from a one week stay at Vila Bicuda. The standard of accommodation is excellent, The staff were extremely professional, pleasant and courteous. We have 2 children aged 2 and 5 so we were delighted with the excellent children's swimming pool and small playground. The resort is approx 4km outside the centre of cascais but taxi service was extremely efficient. We never had to wait any longer than 3 to 5 minutes for a taxi. The fare was generally 6 euro. Almost all of the other 4 star hotels in cascais did not have childrens pool, this was a priority for us so paying for a taxi to get what we wanted was a small price. Whilst in Cascais we visited a few of the other hotels as we plan to return to Cascais later in the summer I am glad we did this as I now know that none of the other 4 star hotels compare. There is also a very reasonably priced supermarket on site and beautiful cafeteria which has most delicious pastries.The cafe also serves local beers and wine. We did not eat in the restaurant as we went into cascais centre every evening but I believe it is good. Overall very happy and will definately return.

Convenient appartment
We rented this hotel once we were missing our traditional breakfast so we can cook our own, the apartment is clean, spacious and has the basic appliances and cookware. Private security and a little plaza with laundry, coffee shop and grocery store.

Nice New Year break.
We enjoyed our stay in the villa, and found all the staff to be very friendly without exception. The villa was very large and generally well equipped. I guess our only disappointment was that the on site restaurant was not open before 8 pm.
