"Nice modern property, good valet parking which made it easy to access by car which is not always easy in Lisbon. Staff attentive, room spacious however there were a number of little things that could be better. I found the fact the bathroom is basically in the bedroom with glass walls a bit odd, the electrical blinds seemed cool but didn’t always work which was annoying, they wouldn’t give me a locker in the spa said I should go back to my room to change! If they get the little things right...

"Great location. Lovely hotel with plenty of shops,restaurants and cafe around the area. 5 mins walk to metro and tram stations. Staffs are nice and friendly. "

"Exceptional hotel! The location is amazing and everything you are looking for in a visit to Lisbon. The staff are amazing- friendly, polite and helpful. Francisco and Rio made us feel welcome, provided advice and checked on us. We miss them already and cannot wait to go back."
