Overall not bad, good enough for a night or two. Rooms are basic but clean enough if you’re not staying long. Location is alright, close enough to the strip to walk, but wouldn’t recommend walking at night in the area. Count on waiting a while in line if you are checking in/out as they don’t seem to have the most efficient process. But the lady at the front desk was friendly and accommodating.

It took forever to check-in despite having reserved a room in advance. Several employees were in the office, but only one was serving the guests, and the line was out the door. It was ridiculous having to wait so long and watching as no one helped out. Checking out was the same, even though all we had to do was return the key cards.

Had a bad experience never staying here again it was so loud at night to even sleep. Also staff charge my card online and in person as well I paid for two nights online the guy in the office said I only paid for one when my Expedia receipt said 2nights. Horrible place to stay wouldn’t recommend

Older part of the strip. Not the best neighborhood. Very large clean room. Smoking not allowed in rooms, so they smoked on stairs, buts everywhere. Smell of cheap weed prevalent

Overall was a good crash pad, felt a little unsafe because there were a few people loitering outside our room.

The bathroom sink overflood by itself 3 times when someones toilet flushed. maintence did not show up. i had to soak it up with all our towels. noisy drug addicts slamming doors nd swearing until 4:30 am

THE NIGHT CLERK WAS WORKING SO SLOW LIKE HE HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD AND THE TIME OF WAITING COSTUMERS MEENS NOTING TO HIM. IT FELT LIKE HE IS DOING YOU A FAVORE THAT HE IS IN THERE, AND NOT PROVIDING SERVICE.

Overall it wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. The room was ok but then again your in Vegas and didn't really come to sleep anyway. The room was clean and my bed was made and the towels I used replaced daily which I appreciate. The ice machine never worked which I called about and was told to use the one at the bar next door which I thought was absurd. The staff was nice, the surrounding area is shady with a plethora of unsavory characters to be seen at all hours of the day and night. You simply get what you pay for. Other than that it was ok.

The breakfast is nonexistent, and I came across the country stain at different super 8 hotels, and this was the worst in that regard. Also be aware that your room is literally out on the streets and there’s a lot of homeless and a lot of prostitutes walking around the street and anyone can come into your door from the street side

Thank you for your review, we do not offer breakfast but a to-go morning refresher available at the front desk from 6:30am to 9:30am. We see that your assigned room was on the third floor inside the third building. Should you have an issue with another hotel guest however we can assist, Please contact the front desk and we will send security to oversee the issue. For any incidents that occur in public we strongly urge for you to call the local police department.

Added unnecessary charges after 2 day stay I called and was informed it was due to a towel had a stain on it. Now, mind you I don’t use public towels as that is unsanitary especially considering this room looked unclean and I didn’t even sleep in the sheets smh
