Unfortunately the lockers were too thin to fit my suitcase so I had to leave it outside near reception alongside many other oversized suitcases from other travellers. "Thanks for the hotel gave me a room with the fantastic view of Niko castle. However, there was a sort of noise we could not find where it came from. The hotel kindly offered another room. Reception desk and catering services are also kind and helpful. Breakfast is superb. The facilities of gust rooms which I experienced are old, but the bed is comfortable. Staff are polite and helpful. "
