"We love the free and sheltered parking! Having a Lawson (convenience store) at the doorstep was brilliant, and so was the daily reception drinks and amenity kits available. It was an absolute bummer however to find out that the hotel charges a fee for the rooftop pool."

"The room we stayed in was very spacious with warm hard wood floors and made us feel at home. We loved the bath in the room has natural hot springs! Sunset from the roof top pool was exceptional! I’d pick this hotel every time I’m in Chatan."

"Traveled with 3 yo and 1yo. I booked for 2 days and ended up staying only 1 day and checked out. Overall horrible experience and never will stay in any Coldio property when visiting okinawa. The good: - washer and dryer - good water pressure - large trash can The bad: - impossible checkin process. ..."
