"Fantastic hotel - 10 minutes from city centre"
Comfortable stay in this hotel which started with a friendly and efficient welcome. The room was a good size, extremely comfortable and very clean. The meal in the restaurant was reasonably priced - we enjoyed three courses of fine dining on two of the nights during our stay. All the staff were friendly and made our stay very good. On leaving - assistance was offered by three separate staff as we left the room and subsequently the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

"Very comfortable stay"
Very nice place to stay after a long, tiring walk. The cottage was very cute and well-equipped. Really felt like a little home for the night. Very comfortable bed. The hosts were very friendly and went out of their way with local advice and help. Eynsford village is very attractive and has some good places to eat and drink.

"Wonderful host"
A lovely B&B, perfect for our overnight stay. Robert , the host, was fabulous, attentive without being obtrusive. We didn't have breakfast as we had an early ferry but wish we didn't as Robert revealed he is a trained chef. We had the cream room and it was lovely and private. Yes you could hear the traffic but you are next to a main road to a very bust ferry port so what do you expect! The double glazing meant that this certainly didn't disturb our sleep. Two minutes (if that) to the ferry terminal, absolutely ideal. The convenient location, pretty rooms and above all Robert made this a lovely stay, highly recommend.

"what a pleasant surprise"
Stumbled on this little gem in Cobham pretty much by accident. We were in room 2, where apparently Charles Dickens wrote "The Pickwick Papers" or so the story goes. What a sweet little place in a sweet little village. The owner is a great guy and made us a great breakfast both mornings. The restaurant and pub are pretty delightful. The food is very traditional and sufficient. The staff is very friendly and they took very good care of us. You can't beat this place for atmosphere if you like history or literature. And there was a view from our window of a 12th c. church right across the road.

"The perfect b&b"
Booked this for a night as going to a christening nearby. I was immediately taken with the place and Harold who runs it - a huge townhouse converted to feel like a victorian stately home, it is comfortable and warm, with a piano in the living room which I was more than happy to play on! Breakfast was delicious and included a full cooked with additional cereal, fruit, smoothie, toast etc which says carefully prepared and excellently presented. The location is very central and in close proximity to all the shops and bars. Tucked away on a pretty road it is out of the way of the usual noise and traffic. The highlight was Harold who took every care to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed from texting me prior to my arrival to helping me with directions and finding my way around town. A retired butler, he is professional in looking after his house and if course, guests. I have recommended this guest house to all my extended family, and now, anyone who reads this. Stay here.
