"Super staff! Our power went out in our first room and we were promptly moved to a similar yet smaller room. No issues. I get that they were trying to accommodate us quickly. Staff was quick to loan us a converter during our stay. I love the free washer/dryers as I like to save my room for shopping! Great beds and the room overall was clean, comfy and nice. Not one issue. "We stayed in a Presidential Suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Some of the appliances were a bit dated and you have to step into the bath to take a shower but overall the accommodation was great. The hotel is close to Earls Court station which was also a bonus. The staff were all very attentive, the room always well prepared, making for a wonderful stay. "

"Staff was very accommodating. Upgraded room ($) was much nicer than original room and made our stay very enjoyable. Many restaurants ALL around and subway is just down the street less than. 300m away which was very convenient ( also had a grocery store there with alcohol). A stone’s throw away from 3 main museums and the Royal Albert Hall. "

"The location of the hotel is great but unfortunately during our stay the tube lines to this hotel was out of order. The staff is really nice and helpfull but in weekends the buffet breakfast was way too crouwded. 1 minus: inside the hotel it is super hot and it is not possible to open any windows in the hotel rooms "
