"Friendly, helpful staff, excellent facilities in the room. The "executive suite" was clean, spacious and comfortable and the bathroom had a powerful, good shower that was easy to control. To be picky, the room was not terribly well finished and there were corner cutting details in the workmanship that you wouldnt find in the very best hotels. However, overall very comfortable and flexible accommodation that was also excellent value. I took my aunt to Crosby Beach to see the Gormley work but...

"This hotel was fantastic. It's located on the Royal Albert Docks so very convenient to all Liverpool attractions. The hotel had private underground parking. The rooms are modern, clean & bright and have a small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and sink. There was a 6:30pm managers reception on Wednesday evening with drinks and snacks. We we're invited but we're unable to attend because we had dinner reservations. The breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay here again."

"Super staff! Our power went out in our first room and we were promptly moved to a similar yet smaller room. No issues. I get that they were trying to accommodate us quickly. Staff was quick to loan us a converter during our stay. I love the free washer/dryers as I like to save my room for shopping! Great beds and the room overall was clean, comfy and nice. Not one issue. "
