"We loved our room. Came with a fully equipped kitchen, stove, fridge and microwave. Everything was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. We shared a large balcony/terrace with 2 other rooms overlooking the harbour. Complimentary breakfast was served until 11am. Staff were friendly and professional. Walking distance to all downtown attractions from Chinatown to Fisherman’s Wharf. I will stay here again."

"Easy to walk to for a reasonable price. Upon arrival room was not ready, was told we would get a text letting us know it was ready. Never did. Front desk staff knew little to nothing about the area. Did not know where anything was and at one point googled something, which i am capable of doing. Room and amenities were good. Very quiet location. Hot tub, was super hot which was great. Breakfast was ok. Very typical, eggs, toast, sausage, coffee/juice. Nothing special but edible. Overall would stay again, but wouldn't rely on the front staff for info. Taxi from the airport to the hotel cost $71 CAD plus tip"
