my 2 girls and i were very pleased , with the price,the room,the restaurnt and of coarse the staff, walking distance to B.C.DOME - GM PLACE -town lots of shopping

Excellent location, right next to Robson Street, a couple of blocks from the metro, lots of great restaurants. A 10 minute walk to catch the ferry to the Granville Public Market. Hotel is very comfortable, staff is great. Carly, one of the concierge, is exceptionally helpful! We would stay there again. Only downer is that you have to pay for Internet and there is no free wi- fi!

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean and nice. Staff is very nice and helpful. The location is just amazing, right next to the action but still in a quiet spot. Breakfast was good. The only thing is that I forgot something in my room (but that is completely my fault) and called them to check if they had found it. They said they were going to call me back but haven't yet. This was about 4 hours ago. I am hoping they will call me later, which I would appreciate since they said they would. Overall, great hotel!

There are many aspects of this hotel that are very well executed and the experience there was better than expected. The rooms are very nice, clean and well appointed with great views of the harbour and the downtown area. The bathrooms are nice and the extra sink in the room is a great touch. Perhaps the best feature is the Fitness center which is large, with numerous machines and free weights, a great pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. If this is something that is important to you I would strongly recommend this hotel as it provides membership quality services included with the price of the room.

Perfect location. Walking distance to all sightseeing tours yet still away from the hustle and bustle in a most tranquil setting around the corner from all major hotels in the neighbourhood.

Clean, Clean hotel, Staff was friendly, Beds comfortable! Only bad thing is the walls, doors are thin....hear other people in rooms and halls and toilets are loud ( flushing).

We've tried quite a few hotels and motels in Kamloops and this is definately one of my favourites. The location is fantastic so handy to everything downtown but not noisy. Staff were friendly and professional. I felt they anticipated needs very well.. Beds were very comfortable and room felt nice. We'll stay again.
