Not worth one star
There was a smell of sewage in the rooms. All day and night noise. You hear an ambulance all the time. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. The hotel does not have a lobby, they just rented it to a restaurant. Small rooms. And at the end of the stay they wanted to charge us for every wash of towels.

Old sagged beds and bad manager
The beds were horrible. The manager was rude and changed our 4-person room to a 3-person one for a couple of days one of us did not show up even though we had paid for it. We could not get any sleep due to the horrible old mattress. Towels were wet, staff were all nice, but the manager was not.

Smoking right in front of the hotel entrance was really bad This is ok for smokers Smoking is very common in whole Turky nobody cares. Hotel staff was very friendly.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Uncooperative staff and extremely dirty room. The place felt unhygienic and had bed bugs. I had to rush out early in the morning

Hotel is friendly, comfortable & convenient being situated just off Taksim Square. My only grumble was that breakfast was very basic & simple with little choice (nothing hot) and didn’t even include any fruit juice to drink.

Worst service ever.
The staff barely knows how to communicate in English specially the receptionist with the day duty. I took my PCR from the hotel and he didn’t give me the PDF when I asked for it multiple times even though he had it in front of me and misbehaved a lot.

The staff were impolite and rude It was a terrible experience The room was dirty I booked a single double bedroom bed and they gave me two single beds and when I asked to change the room they didn’t change it and I had to stay on it for the night I had to go to another hotel to have breakfast The room was very dirty and cold and there was no warming at all The last day they kept on knocking on my door to check out before the check out time Overall it the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel in my whole life

Bathroom smelled like sewerage TV did not work properly Semen stain on couch cushion Advertised breakfast but was told to go down the road to get it, we ended up skipping Asked if we could pay to stay 2 more hours, was told hotel was fully booked (it wasnt, not by far)
