Your Three Star hotel with 1 star breakfast buffet
This is a budget three star hotel at best. The breakfast honestly is dismal...I think we paid 15 euros each but such few options. I would be interested to hear what others make of their breakfast buffet. The worse i have experienced in any hotel i have stayed.

The hotel is very dark not nice to stay on Christmas Day so depressing.. the sauna got a staff who convinced you for a lot of service like massage .. I don’t believe it’s a five star if I rate it it’s only 3 stars

Dear Ethel; First of all, thank you for your comments. Our hotel has made Christmas tree and decorations for the New Year's period, both in the entrance, lobby and restaurant areas. Our hotel is at the service of our guests with the Ruga Restaurat a la carte menu, which consists of Turkish and international cuisine, every day until 11pm. Lobby bar is at the service of our guests with its warm atmosphere until late hours. Receptin and Guest Concierge Service is open 7/ 24 hours.. Sauna, Turkish Bath, Steam Bath, Gym units are offered to all our guests as free entry and use. Our guests are also offered massage options in this area. Our hotel is a local brand with the "Safe Tourism" certificate during the pandemic process and is a 5-star hotel. It is always our pleasure to welcome you in the best possible way. Thanks

Dear Guest, First of all, thank you for your opinion. Our hotel is at the service of our guests with the Ruga Restaurat à la carte menu, which consists of Turkish and International cuisine, until 11pm every day. Room service is also available until late. Receptin and Guest Concierge Service is open 7/ 24 hours. Requests and complaints from our guests are immediately evaluated and responded to. Sauna, Turkish Bath, Steam Bath, Gym units are offered to all our guests as free entry and use. Our guests are also offered massage options in this area. Our hotel rooms are approximately 25 m2 in size, have a view of the city, are modernly decorated, have orgonomic beds and are used in 5 star hotels. TV, minibar, bathroom products and daily housekeeping cleaning service are provided. There are also meeting and banquet facilities in our hotel, and the needs of our guests in this direction are met. We are sorry that we could not satisfy you in this stay. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you even better in your next stay.

Good Hotel
Good hotel wide rooms good beds private bathroom with banio. Near to Chevahir mall and 30 min walk to Zorlu mall, lot of resturants and shops near buy. Cov19 pcr can be done in rooms on demand on additional cost. Furnituers are becoming old but in good condition. Resturant opposite side of the hotel is ver expensive compare to other restaurants.

They gave the wrong room as they mentioned in the picture and detail during purchases, bed was 2 single and I requested queen size, they didn’t provide me blanket and weather was too cold in the night, they didn’t pickup my call on 2am night and I needed water. Very bad experience sorry to say that

A pleasant stay
From check-in to check-out, everything was great. 5 stars modern hotel with parking space. Good location, restaurants outside the hotel. Clean specious quiet room, with wifi. Room service available. The only thing that requires improvement is the gym; it’s small with few equipments only. I would definitely stay there again and I do recommend this hotel.

My stay was okay overall. The rooms weren’t the best. They definitely need an upgrade. However, the staff and service there was outstanding. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I had a comfortable stay.

Hotel was so so not real 5 stars location was good but hotel wasn’t clean, they don’t clean room well , worker in reception were very very helpful and worker for vale or parking was very helpful

Central Air condition pumps our heavily polluted Air mixed with cigarette smoking!! I never e oeriebce these before. We were told that because it was a smoking room. This smokes comes from the whole floor through the ventilation system (not through the door)., we both we ill with sinusitis and allergy as the smoking dose was very heavy, heavier than any old pub of coffee in 80s. We are shocked. This seems to be designed to intoxicated people as there was no fresh air at all in the system but nicotine and and smoke.. Still recovering from the illness. The technician came round and advised this was a smoking room!!! He then opened a side door in the corridor to ventilate the 5 star hotel!! Shocking .. We changed to another floor for our last night (4th).. Thought to write a complaint to Health minister and Tourism ministry and environment but not sure about their interest and language issues The hotel is small and might be 4 stars but not 5. Very noisy at night till morning as ppl are liwrd to play music and shout

The worse hotel i have ever stayed in
it has been the worse experience in my life, it was traumatizing. The rooms were dirty, with old furnitures, dirty rugs, the staff were not helpful the receptionist had very bad attitude and rude. We had to change our room 3 times, once the TV was not working it took them an hour to come and try and fix it then they took us to another room. There was a wedding/ party upstairs our room. It was too much noise that we weren’t able to sleep till 1 oclock. I called the reception several time they kept saying it will finish in 20 minutes which it didn’t. Even when i said we paid to come and rest here he was rude and told me they paid to do their wedding more. Finally at 1 we moved to a different room this one it was clearly written on the heater that is it was not working. So we just managed to sleep and next day i left as soon as i woke up. THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN.

- The room smelled like a sewer due to gasses coming out of the bathroom drains - Same smell in the cocktail area - Same smell in a different room the second day - Dead insects in the bathroom - Room for 3 but only two bath towels - Furniture outdated - Air conditioning not working because it is controlled centrally by floor - Room was too hot and was told we couldn’t get A/C because other rooms on same floor wanted Heat - My wife was told to pay extra for breakfast because it was not included, it actually was included at reservation - Room was junior suite for 3, my adult daughter had to sleep on a rollaway bed, small uncomfortable - Another patron at breakfast told our wedding group to not talk so loud, it disturbed him

We would like you to know that we vantilate our bathrooms often and our rooms are cleaned with the cleanig equipments which are relevant on hygiene standarts and we ensure decontamination, however we value a lot your comments and once more our vantilate system will be checked properly. Please be ensured the system will be controlled and required sensitivity will be shown. We are also glad to inform you that our air conditioning sysyem has just been renovated and all the floors has seperate AC units with adjustable attribute including heat and cold modes. In case of different demands by reason of seasonal transitions we are always able to change the room to another floor which match your expectation. We look forward to welcome you again in our hotel.
