If I wrote down all of the things this hotel did to me and said to me and treated me would be shocking! I could never ever get over the faceted that the hotel urged with me for a taxi guy! The manger and the bell boy stranded outside telling me I have to pay the taxi when he is the one who made me switch seats and forget my bag and then for me to get it back they wanted me to pay him more than the fair I even drove there in! The police had to get involved and then took my side and made him give me back 30 tl their money when they wanted me to pay him another 150 for him just bringing my bag back aftwe I gave him 110 tl! The tv are all old and have no English speaking channels or you can’t connect to them! There is no restaurants by this hotel so you are forced to eat at their expensive restaurant at the hotel! They want to charge 200 tl for the caps that they make you wear in the pool?!?! And they are not at all helpful or clean when it comes up to getting more towels. It’s like I had to call them 5 times before they brought even one up and they had a bad attitude when they did! Also the bell boy is very unsafe and gave me the creep vibes

Unfortunately, as far as I understand ;you were unhappy that you forgot your bag in the taxi you took on the way to our hotel, and that the taxi driver, whose license plate number we have determined from our cameras and was reached in order to help you completely in a good deed and later on when he came back to our hotel to deliver your bag to you,I believe that you have found that taximeter fee unacceptable . But unfortunately, this is a subject that has nothing to do with our hotel and we have no say in it. Nevertheless, we are glad that you found your bag. In addition, we have a total of 12 English channels in order to provide you with the best service. We would like to apologize that you were not satisfied with your stay and that you experienced any inconveniences or delays in our services.We truly hope to welcome you again and provide you with better services to make you comfortable.Kindest regards,

Excellent service and amenities. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Room was better than we expected and the location was excellent for an easy commute to the US Consulate. Will definitely stay again and would recommend to everyone.

There is a construction right next door that makes accommodation a bit noisy at times. Breakfast can be improved and some room amenities upgraded. But overall the staff are very friendly and the shuttle service to istinye mall quite convenient.

The hotel was perfectly positioned for Metro, bus links and also a short taxi trip away to the port where you can access trams/boats and more bus services. The staff in the hotel were delightful and always greeted me with a smile. I wish i could rate this hotel higher than 'excellent' as my entire holiday was made all the better for staying here.

2 days stay near Istinye Park
Everything was Okay despite absence on shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. That issued was rectified after a request. The shuttle from Hotel to Istinye park and back was really convenient. It's full complimentary for the Hotel guests.

Zaxi restaurant wasn’t good what we paid for mixed grill 550tl it was only 4 pieces small meat there no taste bulgur came with funny taste and smell nearly £28 for mixed grill outrageous price what get for your money? In London I can go out Turkish restaurant will cost around £18 for wonderful mixed grill cooked on barbecue. or Istanbul any ocakbasi restaurant wonderful meal mixed grill will cost around half the price very disappointed 😔 very eat Hilton restaurant again totally wasted money breakfast was okay nothing special averaging any Holiday inn hotel breakfast don’t expect anything special for breakfast. Only good things about the hotel rooms are really big nice and clean at 22 floor level rooms! Not sure about other rooms in different floors.location between 2 nice malls Vadi mall and Istinye Mall there’s hotels shuttle service for free to istinye malls every half hour.

Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great only couple of minutes to the metro station and 30 minutes from the airport. Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room to executive suite which was amazing.

Very good hotel
A very good Hotel with very high standard, very close to the famous İstinye Park with shuttle service to the mall, breakfast is very good with different variety, the downside is they don't have outdoor swimming pool, and some of the staff need more training about customer service, this is Turkey problem in general

very good hotel, good service, rooms good, good 5 star hotel, lobby, lounges, breakfast, all good. the only cons for me is that u cant really walk around of this hotel. we learnt on last day that there is free shuttle to istinya park. better to put this info at reception so it cant be missed, and also will be good to arrange shuttle to other areas
