"This hotel is an ideal location and very close proximity to all the main visiting sights. It is a clean and relatively new hotel, with classic decor and spacious rooms. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Many thanks to Ferhat, Aykut and Hamza on reception who were really accomodating. The cleaners didn’t speak much English but were lovely ladies called Aynur and Kadriye. The only thing I would say is the choice of breakfast items isn't great and very basic. "This was a great budget-friendly option for Istanbul. It's within walking distance of many of the main tourist attractions and with good public transport connections. The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. The only small issue was that the bathroom had an open shower in the style of a wet room, but did not have sufficient drainage and as a result it flooded every time we showered."

"It was one night. They have latenight reception so tgat was good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They provided simple enough linen. There was noise especially close to morning with doors opening and people walking across the corridor. Maybe some bit of sound proofing would help."

"Room was ok but toilet smell was coming in the room. Also breakfast was not acceptable at all we did not take breakfast after the first day breakfast. Scrambled egg were uncooked and when I asked I was told so that it would cook over the time for late coming guests."

"I had to book this additional night just to be able to check out at 4 pm because the front desk employee said they are fully booked and can not give me a late checkout so infront of him I booked an additional night and told him apparently you are not fully booked and informed the manager of what happened and she said oh you just booked the last room."
