"We arrived to Hyatt regency hakone and were immediately escorted in and were told they were waiting for us. From that moment on, it was nothing but first class treatment from the entire staff. It was an incredible experience and the staff experience alone should make people run here in droves!! It sadly rained (4.5 inches in one day alone) while we were there but the staff was always helpful with information, alternative advice, and wonderful smiles. Would definitely recommend as they went above...

Our hostess was always ready to provide us with anything we needed and the food was probably the best we’d had during our two week trip! "Nice staff, clean and have free green tea and coffee. However there is no private bathroom in our room. The property is up the hill and very difficult to walk up with luggage. The bus runs every half hour from 7:30-8:00 am and then every hour after that. You have to call taxi after dinner near station. "

"We had an absolutely fantastic time at Mizunoto. The shuttle service was perfectly on time to meet us at the train station which took us to the hotel for a very smooth check in process. We found a lovely gift from the hotel in our room for our Wedding Anniversary (Thank you!) The evening meal and breakfast were both absolutely delicious and there was so much food! All the services and staff were fantastic. Highly recommend! We'd love to come back one day. Thank you!"
