"I stayed for one night in June 2024. The food was phenomenal and the staff were extremely attentive and considerate. Thank you especially to Megumi who took such great care of me. Having a private onsen with a great view was quite an experience, it was absolutely amazing. They have a free shuttle service for pick up and drop off at Gora Station (and I think other areas close by) so just let them know you need it. This was certainly one of the highlights of my trip. Thank you for having me! "

"Hotel amenity is the top with the super fine dining facility, convenience store, garden, free lobby drinks and ice cream, free onsen and foot onsen, and else. The only inconvenience is its location that is far away from major attractions. But we can definitely feel the generosity of the hotel owner, especially at the breakfast."

"Stayed one night and a traditional Japanese room. The room was spacious (for Japanese standards) and clean. Balcony with View and sounds of the rushing river. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the onsen. Multiple indoor and outdoor bathing/soaking opportunities. We spent time in both public and private sections. Private was ¥2000 for 45 minutes. Also, a dry sauna, relaxing room, and massage chairs. Very helpful staff who gave a restaurant recommendation – – which was one of our favorite restaurants in all of Japan."
