The place is large with many staff, but feels like a family place, where staff are ready to help and all seem happy to be there, some of them working there for decades!"

The only downside about this property is you do have to get on at least three different elevators from the parking garage to the property but other than that it was pretty nice. Very quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful and another thing I do love about it. It is very secure."

"Was expecting for a 4 star rated hotel. Furnishings were nice, but looked/felt basic. TV reception in the bedroom was patchy, with some channels not working that were in the lounge. Overall its a nice place, the art instalations were v cool."
