Anwar, Your score of 2 out of 5 seems to reflect your booking, you booked a small studio apartment stating that there would be 2 guests (which is the maximum occupancy for a studio apartment as is clearly listed online) but when you arrived there were 5 of you, when you were advised it was not possible to stay in a studio apartment your response was that it was ok because your children can sleep on the floor and that you only book for 2 guests wherever you stay and it has never been an issue before. Had you entered the correct number of guests when booking the studio apartment would not even come up as an option for you to book. We suggest you do the right thing in future and book an apartment suitable for 5 guests and not one that you could only book by omitting your children from the booking.

Amazing apartment. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and they both had ensuites. Staff were amazing. We also got a room with a view.

Royal Pacific Resort was within easy reach of shopping centres, Factory outlets at Harbourtown and the sporting complex at Runaway Bay.

The resort location ideal.Facilities like sugar,tea,coffee etc.not adequate for 2 people for 2 days.Thats a bit miserly.The bed gave me a back ache however it was rectified the next day when I suggested that the mattress be turned over Problem solved.Bathroom far too tiny and can get better spaced bathroom elsewhere for the same price But overall quite satisfactory Parking excellent.

Is lovely, quiet, swimming pool and games room available. Had no issues parking, all you need for a homely stay is provided, reception is lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location handy to everything including the beach. Very comfy bed & great shower pressure although it was a shower over bath set up. Property had everything we needed although overall it was a bit tired with poor wifi and tv only worked intermittently.

A small and compact suite but entirely adequate. The king bed was a dream and helped us both to get a good relaxing sleep...so important when on our 'stress' free hols. The morning vistas were truly beautiful and we got some 'luvverly' photos. Yeah, we'll be back!

We absolutely loved our stay with Simon and his team. Highly recommend this awesome property, brilliant pools, lovely spa and our best bit was the bus stop right outside the gate. We will definitely be returning.

Everything was easy. Our flight was late, however they have an excellent late check in process. The pool and spa were perfect. The apartment had everything we needed. The view was lovely. We would definitely stay here again, in fact we plan to as soon as possible.

I had the checkin issue with the uncleaned room. The reception was closed but the onsite staff helped speedy. The rest of stay was good, enjoyed the heated pool,spa and sauna, great location.

Outstanding beachside resort, so clean & comfortable with hosts Simon & Claudia being so friendly & helpful - the spa, sauna, gym & pool is super clean & super warm - and only a 10 minute beachside stroll to the classic Grand Hotel in Labrador - the Royal Pacific is a hidden gem that is cost effective’ a lovely way to spending a relaxing beach holiday without all of the busy Gold Coast crowds & we are going back for 10 days in March 2023 to our new favourite local holiday destination - top place - David & Kate Akers

Nice apartment with lovely views. Good size bathrooms, comfy beds & well appointed kitchen. Terrible cooking smells in the hallway outside our unit which lasted a few days while we were there.

This place is clean, free parking with competitive price. However online photos are modern and new but the whole building is reasonably old. Gym walking machine rusty, bike seat is unadjustable. Some investment in new gym equipment is needed.
