"The location is excellent. The staff is so wonderful. We feel at home there. They do need refrigerators in the rooms for cold drinks. I wish something could be done to reduce neighboring guests noise. (Hint: I take earplugs for sleeping)"

"Family vacation, great location, parking is very tight but doable. We did not eat the breakfast, preferred to go to a pancake house in Gatlinburg. Beds were hard room was decent size for a family of 4. No closet and limited drawer space. "

"The hotel was nice and located perfectly to the convention center. Only complaint I have is the parking lot is very small and we had to park in a parking lot away from the hotel. I didn’t like that since it was just me and my daughter and the parking lot was not well lit. "
