"Our stay was great! Upon arriving we were upgraded to a room with the view of the Burj Khalifa! We were even welcomed with a cake! The stay was very comfortable and all the staff were very helpful. When it was time for us to leave, their staff, Hameid was very friendly and accommodating. He allowed us a later checkout time due to our flight circumstances and was even very vigilant on our luggages. Thank you again, we appreciate the hospitality we received from Shangri-La hotel."
