"The aesthetic is amazing, the decor and the service is impeccable. The staff varied in certain interactions I had. As someone who doesn't like to bother people, I found some staff to be extremely helpful whereas 2 seemed to be extremely snarky and rude. It was a wonderful stay in the areas of cleanliness, ambiance, and overall service. I found the stay to be very enjoyable and would highly recommend 1 Hotel's service to anyone that is interested in staying. The spa however was beyond expensive...

"Very friendly and polite staff beautiful lobby The room was small and the closet almost non existent The bathroom was a walk in shower type and the water would flood the floor as the divider that was in place to hold the shower water in was only covering half of the shower area For the same amount of money one could get a much bigger room ( Marriott across the street) with better amenities too"

"Place smack in the middle of everything, so easy to explore San Francisco. Trader Joe’s next door was a win. Staff was excellent, Jeff helped me check in and even checked in early. It was a nice view too. Will stay here again soon. "
