"Stayed at Parc for 3 nights. The hotel is very well kept both outside and inside. We arrived late afternoon and had an easy time checking in. The main lobby doors to lock and close at night so the only way to reenter is the car drop off/pick up and security asks to check your room card which I appreciated. "The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. The room I stayed in was okay. The bathroom was small and the furniture was peeling. How you watch TV in the room was a little new which was appealing. "Great value for your money, Close to public transportation, Easy access to the freeway."

"In town for a concert at DNA lounge. I arrived early, parked my car for free, and walked around the city until the show started. There is food, nightlife, and a grocery store within a couple blocks. After the show I walked back to the room. Had another show the next night, walked to the BART station and did the same thing. Check in was easy. Service was great. Convenience was stellar. I probably saved more on parking than I spent for two nights."

"Beds are comfy , no issues with the water using shower, getting ice is a bit odd to ask downstairs, people will be talking and yelling early morning and at late night but this is SF so its not hotel's fault. There is a liquor store next door you can grab things and a donut shop as well.buses are all around to use. I will come again very soon to this property"

"The services by Nick were impressive & courtesy. He showed me the alternative bus to airport & walked to show where the little bus stop is. I checked out early, and he was there to help. Facility is old & not so clean. No towel, mattress was old & thin. No bed bugs though. "
