"Honestly a very nice place for the price, very pleased. Two issues though that kept it from getting a 5 star, I was still sleeping when room service tried to come, and left, which is fine, but they never came back, which I found weird. Every other hotel I’ve been to and they usually come back later in the day, and I needed more fresh towels. The other issue was the pillows, they were cheaper, made of what I think was feather pillows, very thin, not much padding, if they had been high quality...

"The Celeste has such a rich and interesting history which was incorporated in the renovation to a hotel. Wonderful area with a lot of interesting sites in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay - the Celeste is now our favorite St. Paul Hotel."

"The toilet in my room did not flush properly. There was only one set of towels in the room not including a wash cloth. Fridge was smelly. TV has terrible reception."
