"We were a family of four with 2 ocean rooms next to each other and had a great stay here. The rooms were large with a huge bed which could be split to make twin beds. A little on the hard side but they put a thin quilt on top to make it softer from the second day. I would say the rooms were dated somewhat and are in need of a refurb but to be honest everything is in the right place and with so much space and the view you forget about the old furniture and bathroom. "The Mandarava is unlike any property I've ever visited before. Built on a mountainside, the views are always spectacular. Five different pools and two unique restaurants to chose from help to make this property stand out. The staff here went above and beyond to truly make this a memorable stay. As it is built into a mountainside, there are a lot of steps, but the attendants are happy to give you a ride to your room if your legs can't take it. Fantastic place!"
