"It's one of the better hotels in Jeju -- it has "villa" which is a single house and "hotel" which is the room in a 3-story building. We stayed at the hotel but it's also spacious and came with good view to the see. The service was good. The only complain is there is no car access so you need to walk up/down hill -- they do have cart service but for check-in/out."

We had to use the phone on the counter to call the number stated and a staff came out to give us the key.
