South Carolina Hotels

We just returned from our stay May 8-13. The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport and accessible to just about everything. We rented an Oceanfront Villa which was even nicer than the pictures. I was amazed at all the amenities provided...dish liquid, dishwasher and washer detergent, shampoo/conditioner, bath soap, paper towels etc. Our kitchen was likewise equipped. There were more towels than we could have used in a week. It's somewhat noisy being across from Family Kingdom, so I was glad we were there in the off season, though the ocean was too cold to swim in. We ate at the hotel restaurant our first night, too tired to go elsewhere, and the food and service was terrific. Staff, and I mean everyone, is friendly...made me feel like I was in Disneyworld. I would definitely go back and recommend the hotel.

We arrived early-'bout 2 hours before check-in, they gave us an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite that was already clean so we didn't have to wait!

A little expensive but well worth the cost. Really enjoyed my stay there.

We stayed at the Francis Marion 3 nights. We were in Charleston to attend a wedding. It couldn't have been nicer. The room was a nice size and the bed most comfortable.

good location,rooms and restrooms were clean,good breakfast.pleasant and professional stuff

We received a nice bonus on check-in: coupons for the free breakfast buffet because we used Expedia!

The Whitney was great , we stayed there for our son's graduation from boot camp. Upon arrival we were upgraded to two bedroom , which was very much needed. Very well layed out and roomy. The breakfask bar was also very nice.
