"Country and the staff went above and beyond to fix and replace the TV in my room the first night i arrived. They turned a bad day into a great one and gave good recommendations on where to eat and enjoy the nightlife. This is my second time staying at the Midtown Inn and i would stay again if I'm ever in Myrtle Beach. Easy access to the beach and the downtown area."

"For the price, it’s well worth it!!! Had no issues, and it was a great stay for my Hilton Head vacation. This may sound a bit strange, but I enjoyed the trash can. The trash was a decent size, it wasn’t small like a lot of hotels. The set up of the room was great, it was clean, and had a functional air conditioning. "

"Staff was amazing! Paid for a pool view room and ended up being placed in an oceanfront with was really nice! End definitely need to be updated but they are under new management and making it better say by day! We were pleased with our stay for sure and would definitely do it again!"

"I did not get the ocean front room I booked. It was old and outdated. Pools were closed and disgusting. Didn’t get to swim. Only the ocean. The balcony was rusty. No central air. The customer service was nice but I won’t stay there again. "

"For the price it was ok. The outside is a little run down so I was surprised the inside was “ok” There were a lot of knats. Otherwise it was a place to sleep. "

"The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly. I especiallþy enjoyed all the flowers at the office during breakfast. The ceiling in the bathroom and the sink faucet could use some repair."

"Good hotel overall. Improvements needed regarding pool. It was temporarily closed because the water had recently been treated. This should have been done before the pool opened at 9A instead of 15 minutes after it opened. It wasn’t swimmable until 9:30 which affected our morning plans. We paid $50 extra for a resort fee so it should be ready to go. Breakfast bar was only OK but the coffee was poor as was the cheap coffee provided in our room. "
