"Loved our stay here! We were blown away by the service and attention to detail at every point of our stay. Really enjoyed the chocolates with turndown service. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, checking if there was something they could assist with. We had a small issue with the power going out in our room on the last day but this was very quickly remedied by the maintenance team. All of the staff were amazing - Jennifer, Rachel, Sarah, Abel, Bryan & Shazriena, to name some of them…apologies if I’ve forgotten to put a name down! As I said, all of the staff were amazing & nothing was too much. They all went out of their way daily, to ensure that we had an amazing stay, at the resort.
