Had to use single elevator with no lights to get down to lobby. No shower no tv no lights. Overcharged for parking. Had to spend time to get my money back which is super inconvenient. "

"The room was basic and nice, great sunset view. The freeway noise is endless; it’s unfortunate the builders cheaper out and didn’t use double pain glass. The evening was chilly and the heater worked wonderfully. The primary disappointments were due to my missing the pool closed flag. I saw the flag for family friendly but missed a second one that the pool was closed, one of the reasons I selected the hotel. "I feel like this hotel was advertised as something more updated, but in the building we stayed at it was definitely not. Nothing wrong with the hotel at all and you can’t beat the walking distance to Disneyland, it just wasn’t as updated as it seemed online / through social media. "

"I traveled with my husband and 4 kids, price is reasonable for what you get. The rooms are average sized, it’s an old hotel and being remodeled. Everything was clean in our rooms except the floors. My kids’ socks were BLACK from how dirty they were. It was a good experience overall, again I didn’t expect much from how low the price was so I’m satisfied with what I got. "
