The mgr hung up on me when I requested a refund and this was after I had to call multiple times to even get in touch with someone to help me . People live in the hotel and it’s unsafe . The front desk doesn’t have someone available to help. "my partner and I booked this for our star wars nite at disneyland, which was about a 10-15 min walk. we liked the area as well as there was good dining options and even a walgreens/cvs within walking distance. the only downside is that there is loud traffic in the morning but that is expected since it’s a pretty busy street and the water in the shower didn’t go down the drain so it did start to fill the tub a bit quite quick. other than those two, I did enjoy the stay since it was 2 nights...
