"Great room! Most hotel staff was super sweet with the exception of just a few. All the maids were amazing as always. Power went out last night/morning we were there. Had to use single elevator with no lights to get down to lobby. No shower no tv no lights. Overcharged for parking. Had to spend time to get my money back which is super inconvenient. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and the property had nice amenities. The free breakfast included an omelet station and good coffee and they also have a complimentary evening cocktail hour. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and eager to be helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone"

"It was OK. Elevator was down for 3 days. Breakfast is good. Hotel closed by ÚC Irvine medical center so we heard at least 5 times ambulance siren at night. The surrounding is clean and safe with shopping and AMC THEATER nearby. "

"For the price, the hotel was good. Check in was easy and staff were all very friendly. The room was decent but nothing fancy or special. Scuffs on the walls, a random Cheeto on the chair and definitely worn furniture, made the room looked pretty used. However, the bed was super cozy and we all slept fantastic. Like I said, the price was right and everything met our needs. "

"The place is super conveniently located. I was there for the Anaheim convention so I could easily walk to it. The Staff was very nice and helpful but the condition seemed old and a little outdated, everything worked though, and it was very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I’m going to the Convention Center. "
