The staff were well trained and very obliging and the check-in and out quick and efficient. The art gallery, jacuzzi, salon and the gift shop, all were great additions to the place. "The palace itself is stunning. However, service is poor. Breakfast ends at 9:30. We had to rush for the breakfast. Breakfast was really bad. Burnt, dried and stale. No tissue paper, no hair dryer, no iron. I have never seen a toilet paper role that thin. Hot water takes forever to mix. Most of the time, internet doesn’t work."
