"Very friendly staff. So happy to help whag ever your needs. Cracking bar and live sports. Very clean establishment where i noticed staff were always cleaning around. Only down side was our room needed a lick of paint. As many scuffs on walls. Would defo stay again for the price . Great indian food within. "

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"

"The property is very close to the airport and to nearby bus stops and as well as grocery's stores. The room I was has easy view of planes landing. Though the room is a bit small but very comfortable. I will recommend anyone at anytime to this property."

"The property is 25-30 minutes away from the airport. The area is not good at all. The property is very run down. The pictures must be from many years ago. The towels are poor quality. Stains on the room carpet. Cab to the airport costs 25 pounds and you have to order in advance. Breakfast is cafeteria style. The entrance of the hotel is very confusing. The front dest is on the second floor and they have to buzz you in! This is more like Motel 6! more like 1 or 2 star hotel. "

"The room is compact yet functional with room for a seating area. Bathroom was very small, but manageable for two night stay. Train station 20 min walk away. Breakfast was nice. Lady at check in counter when we arrived was very helpful despite being hectic with groups checking out. They were able to accommodate our early check in request which was much appreciated after an overnight long haul flight left us feeling exhausted and needing a shower."
