"Excellent hotel,good location,brilliant staff I would recommend the hotel but the room I stayed in had a problem with shower door. The door wouldn’t close so after shower all the water is on the floor is wet ."

"Staff in the breakfast area were lovely and so helpful. Staff at reception were brilliant when it came to helping us arrange our airport shuttle and getting all our luggage loaded into the cars. Cleanliness of the room could have been better. Bathroom floor was never really cleaned properly during our 3night stay, plus drainage smell from the toilet. "

"This property requires lot’s of fixes. For a 4 star hotel, I was expecting much more cleanliness, you can see the layers of dust on top of the trims. There were broken floor transitions, broken wall paneling, broken trims and I even saw broken ceiling tiles, wallpaper seams were visible. So, for the price I paid I didn’t get the quality of the service or the quality property conditions. You can smell the cigarette smoke in some rooms. I can’t write everything that was wrong here either. "

"We've stayed here because the rating was excellent, 9.0/10.0. But the hotel is mediocre; room was small, in need of some room upgrade. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, especially the supervisor looked grumpy, directing his staff in unfriendly manners. I'd have to say it wasn't terrible, but the rating was very misleading that caused my disappointment. No western food for breakfast, but very many western food n nearby. Definately something to consider when you choose this hotel."
