"Hotel did not want to use app based taxi. I booked one taxi they did not allow to enter the property our luggage .I booked a taxi for much cheaper than hotel quotes price. Two drivers told me hotel wants to use their authorized taxis. Lift stuck for 15 minutes and had to take stairs. Electric power was off more often. Buffet had very limited food choices. We will never again stay at this hotel."

"Very good hotel in the heart of Gandhinagar. Fantastic staff trained by Manish. Devendra and team are excellent in the restaurant. Hotel is quite in need of renovation. Staff attitude is amazing and management needs to think of revamping the interiors. Overall a great value for money."
