"Hotel in a convenient location 2 blocks froim a major metro station with a direct line to Heathrow Airport and connections to major rail stations. It was a LKITTLE noisy at times--but you're in the middle of a major metropolitan city, so I think it is reasonable. I lost NO sleep but there's horn honking in the daytime sometimes. Lots of food options, minutes away from major tourist spots."

"We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor but we noticed straight away that the toilet was leaking. The staff were straight onto the problem but it couldn't be quickly fixed so we were moved to an alternative room which was more spacious and with a nicer outlook. Read some bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Yes the carpet is a little old and the chair by the window but it’s all part of the charm. Large modern bathroom. Only negative was a little dust on the windowsills nothing to ruin a lovely comfy night sleep and lovely staff at check in too"
