There was an appropriately sized television, toiletries, and unlimited tea and coffee by a kettle. in terms of the area it was down a street with rats, although there was rats everywhere in Colombo. Food and drinks are good and the service excellent. Once you enter the hotel, the bustle of Colombo completely disappears. Amazing value for money. "
