"Confirmed 2 King Suites. We were able to get an early check in for $40+tax/rm. requested rooms nearby which was also confirmed. Valet staff very helpful and happy. Front desk ladies were very nice and informative. Housekeeping delivered amenities in a timely manner. Gentleman serving the pastries at the Mothers’ Bakery was very nice. Hotel was in good condition. The pool in the day time was pretty quiet but the evening was very busy and because it’s indoors the noise was very loud. Very family friendly environment. Even the other guests staying there was nice and courteous. The only things I had an issue with which was small issues, the bath soap bottle was empty upon arrival. The TV controls were not syncing appropriately, like the batteries were dead or something cause I had to press the same button so many times before it did what I was trying to get it to do. We stayed on the 4th floor but the room we had was a view of the interior building and roof. Lastly, the walls are VERY thin. My kids stayed in the room next door, which was not a connecting room, and they could hear our conversation clearly(bedroom to bedroom). Continental breakfast was included from 730-1030am but when I arrived at 830am there was a very long line so I just had coffee and went back to my room, but the eggs, bacon and sausage in someone’s plate looked yummy."

"Really fun hotel in an excellent location. The bar and lobby space are really comfortable to just hang out in and talk with the friendly staff. Don't worry about using valet, you can park on the street as it's free until the morning after 7:00 pm. Insider tip, find a spot before 7:00, use the Kitty parking app to pay and you are good until 8:00 am. You can then renew it in the morning. Highly recommend this hotel."

"no microwave, beds were incredibly uncomfortable, tile in the bathroom wasn’t caulked together, stains all over carpet and baseboards, ac kept making a loud noise, plumbing was connected to the room next to us so we could hear the next door guests showering. doors slammed so loudly, our keys didn’t work for our room at 10 pm when we still had one night left, they don’t do any housekeeping unless you request it, right next to highway so you can hear all the crazy drivers all night, pool was right next to the street, outlets falling out of the wall, picture on the wall had broken chard out of the glass, when we got to our room i went to the bathroom and the roll on the holder was pretty much empty and folded over so they didn’t give us a fresh one on the holder and that’s just nasty. never would recommend this hotel to anybody and they clearly falsely advertised because when i looked back at the photos of the hotel on expedia the pictures looked nothing like what we got/saw at the property. the breakfast they provided was stale biscuits, hot cake pancake machine that tasted like card board, yogurt and oatmeal."

"Rooms had a really strong odor like dried cigarette paint, had to get an air freshener to clear it up some smell. The beds were really uncomfortable, it felt like the bed concave in, I woke up with a bad back. Also the headboard kept rocking and making noise. The pillows were really flat, I woke up with neck pain. The floor was dirty, after taking a shower, I went to the bed and my feet was dirty from the floor. The pool was closed due to maintenence and dirty. I wished I had known all of this and got better rooms from somewhere else."

"The hotel is really nice and the rooms are so clean. The location is amazing. Tri-Met was easy to take every where for public transportation. There are great bars, restaurants, and arcades close by. They have a nice happy hour with free beers & delicious coffee, tea, iced tea & water. Powell’s book store is close by. Cozy, comfy hotel with nice classy style. Loved it"
