Over all I had a great experience. The room itself was very noisy. I could hear people next to me and above me. The hallway was very noisy too.

Its a great location to either walk or catch a ride to your favorite activities. I have stayed there many times for that reason. I am usually traveling with a group of 4 so i wish tne rooms were bigger with sofa-bed option. But convenience usually wins out when i decide which hotel to pick in downtown Chicago.

This hotel was friendly and very clean. Convenient location to everything. We didn’t even need to use the car rental, since we were able to walk everywhere. Will definitely go back.

Our stay was fantastic! Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. They gave great suggestions on things to do, places to eat, etc. the room was clean and the view of the river was awesome! We will definitely be back!

Hotel was close to everything, Riverwalk, shopping, dinning options. Bar had delicious hot wings, service A plus. Great breakfast options, omelettes delicious. I would stay again. Loved it!

The hotel location is very convenient. The rooms are good. I don’t like the extra destination fee after you’ve paid. I’d rather it was built into the original cost. We stayed 8 nights and it cost us another $250.

Great hotel in the center of downtown. Easy walk to the "Magnificent Mile" and Millennium Park. Rooms were great and the buffet was plentiful!

Meh. This is a fine property, but certainly nothing special. The room was cookie cutter modern. No room service which was an unwelcome surprise for such a facility. It is in a great location and very walkable.

Great location. Easy walking distance to dining and shopping. I love the daily $25 allowance for dining and shopping at the downstairs market. The only downside is expensive parking. But you can find cheaper parking under nearby buildings.

Aside from very expensive parking ($84/night)...we were incredibly impressed with this hotel. The location is EXCELLENT and walking distance to Michigan Magnificent Mile, Millennial Park/the Bean, even Navy Pier. Staff was friendly, responsive and the food at the Lobby Restaurant was great as well (we had breakfast). They also have "The Big Bar" in the Lobby which has one of the most incredible city views around! A tall liquor circular tower and HUGE floor to ceiling windows. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Chicago. It's location is unbeatable for walking to ALL attractions.
