"This basically a bed and breakfast with each of the 5 rooms having private bath and TV. Hot water was just warm and took some time to get hot water to bath. Hot breakfast was excellent and there are nice views from screened patio off kitchen. Shared living area has nice seating and dining area. All rooms up flight of stairs. Located next to Clayton Water Tours. Free water tour if more than 2 night stay."

"Nice cheep stay rhe beds are very bad clean but its like laying on the floor i thinknthey cost about 80.00 bucks next time buy 12 or 14 in beds of temu.com you can get really nice ones for under 150.00 staff was great room was clean for 69.00 after tax u cant beat it "

"The only disappointment: I booked & paid for a room with 1 queen bed & got a room with 1 double bed! Unfortunately, they had no other options & it was 10 pm so we managed since it was only 1 night. We do like this property. We stay at least once a year. The folks are nice, the rooms are clean, there is plenty of hot water, & the beds are comfy. The tiny bed this time was disappointing, but at least it was comfy."
