"A real hidden gem in Goa, three location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk from the beach where there are plenty of chilled beach shacks serving reasonably priced good and drinks, but the hotel is far enough away that it's totally peaceful at night and is very secure with a guard on duty 24/7. "This place was filthy, particularly the bathroom. The exhaust fan was caked with dirt and the walls and floors needed scrubbed. The linens were frayed and tattered. The stairway was unsafe as the open boards tilted inward. The top of the stairs had a cushioned beam as it was even too small for our 5'6" daughter to clear without injury. I have photos but don't know how to attach. We left early. Do not recommend and Expedia should not be associated. Unsafe."

"This now being my 4th stay, that probably speaks volumes. On this occasion due to travel issues at Dubai airport, i arrived 13 hours late, with no luggage as it had been delayed in Dubai. I assisted in purchasing some new cloths so i had freash clothes for the morning, while i was doing that my favourite meal had been made for my supper Thanks guys for making my late arrival as easy as possible. "

"Staff were great, food was really good. Local to bars and shops, near the famous beaches of calangute. Great area, friendly and extremly helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday and can be kept cold in the heat. 10/10. "

"The hotel was just away from the busy road, & quiet enough. On arrival I found my shower shampoo & gel were empty, this was fixed very quickly. The toilet seat threatened to eject me off. This took way too long to even be looked at. The repair meant the seat wouldn't easily go down past 45°. After 4 days, a new seat assembly was fitted. My laundry was ready by 10.00 1 day, but after 18.00, & a lot of chasing, it was finally delivered !!!. So as a conclusion, my stay was ok, but let down by poor...

"Centrally located in calungute. Easy access to nearby areas Scooty and cars are available right outside the gate from Rs 400-2500 per day depending on the vechle. Food is good, room services is also good. Only issues is the the mattresses are too thin and hard. Room are spaicous with good size balcony."
