"The apartment is situated between calangute & Baga, but don’t be put off by its location on the map. There is a short walk through to the main road, from which the beach & bars are close! The size & amenities in the apartment are impressive, and Lavino is readily on hand & will provide support & good advice, when required! "I would give a 5 star for the room and the location. The service was terrible. We stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping came only once after 10 calls. To order anything in the room, it would take 2-3 calls. I had booked the hotel from abroad and on reaching there, they had no records besides showing them a confirmation email but after waiting for a bit, got it sorted eventually. On asking for a bill for the room service, i was denied and only got told what i ordered which obviously i knew....

"Not a great experience at all. We paid hefty amount for this hotel being New Years, which was like a low end ibis, with most things not working, water running out, WiFi not working etc. Only silver lining was that the staff was friendly."

"Good hotel with well maintained facilities. Rooms are spacious, excellent water pressure in shower and very good aircon. Our only negative comment would be the smell of sewage emanating from the bathroom drains. Sometimes it’s overbearing. Otherwise we loved everything about this hotel."
