"the property was lovely it was spotless and very well set up the only thing that let it down was the garden which was very untidy and uneven a plus would of been to have a book so people can write things and let over holiday makers know about things ie which take aways deliver to the cottage ,craft village down the road etc "

"We stayed at Little Rushbrook cottages while visiting an event at the NEC, which was about 14 miles away. Checking in was very easy, parking was right outside the front door and the cottage was clean warm and comfortable, situated in a peaceful rural setting but still close to the city. We particularly liked the breakfast basket provided. it would have been nice to meet the owners and explore the area a bit more, but maybe next time. "

"Gym basic - just home kit really - but better than most hotel gyms despite that, and the pool was swimmable in early March despite not been up to the temp the owners aim for (but don't expect until April). Lovely property and location, was there for work but would return for holiday!"

"All fine and dandy. Room and decor a little dated but super clean and everything we needed. All staff were really friendly but the star is the incomparable Linda. I really hope you are paying her enough because she is a gem! Nothing was too much trouble even won over my usually reserved, sons. So helpful , so attentive to all guests. "A good well priced suite in the heart of Birmingham. Had a couple issues trying to contact them but once contact was made it was all pretty clear. Issue with being in the middle of town is noise. Room was warm but couldn’t have window open due to it being too loud outside at night. "
