The Bath House at the Royal Crescent Hotel is located next to the Dower House Restaurant at the end of the garden in one of the converted coach houses. Spa facilities include a relaxation pool, wooden hot and cool tubs, steam room and sauna. Treatments include reflexology, Thai massage, shiatsu, reiki, Indian head massage, algae and other body wraps (reservations are recommended for all treatments). There is a gymnasium with cardiovascular equipment and weights machines, and classes including yoga, Pilates and qi-gong. The hotel has a landscaped English garden where guests can play croquet on the lawn during the warmer months.

The hotel has two drawing rooms with period furniture and decor, one of which is a library or reading room. There is also a meeting room catering for dinners or meetings for up to 10 people. Suites can also be used for meetings.

Children over 12 years of age are welcome in The Bath House when accompanied by an adult. To use the gym and take treatments, children must be over 16 years of age.
